Return Policy

Email our Concierge team at to initiate a return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior contact may not be properly identified and this may either prolong or nullify your refund. Any items shipped to an improper address due to failure to contact us for return information are not our responsibility to refund or reship. Please follow the exact directions provided by our customer service team in order for your refund to be received and processed appropriately and timely.

We do not accept returns of opened products for a refund. If the returned product is open upon arrival, we will not honor any previously approved refund.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY: We will accept returns of unopened product(s) for a refund if the request is initiated and approved within 30 days from the purchase date.

If the return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label. You will need to print and mail the package back to us. Once the package is received, we will process your refund, minus the cost of the return shipping label.

DAMAGED ITEMS: Please contact us at to resolve the issue immediately. If you refuse to accept your package because there is obvious damage to the package or to the items in the package, you will not be charged for the cost of return shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: All return labels are calculated individually and will be deducted from your refund, if your return is approved.

The Präna Company is not responsible for Lost, Stolen, Mis-Routed or Undelivered shipments or those seized by Customs.

The Präna Company is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer. Duplicate orders are subject to all of the guidelines laid out in the Return Policy.

Refused shipments/packages have been known to get lost in the return process and may not be returned to us. If you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund.

Open items that have been opened cannot be returned. Items returned to us after 30 days of the initial purchase date and/or without contacting The Präna Company prior to the return, will NOT be refunded.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Wholesale Refund/ Exchange: We do not offer exchanges, refunds or returns for non defective goods that are purchased with our wholesale discounts.
